1. Personal Status Registration: This includes registration of births, deaths, presumption of death, registra-
tion of parentage, adoptions, termination of adoptions, marriages, divorces, the exercise and respon-
sibility of the rights and obligations over minor children, legal guardianship, assistance and indigenous
status and tribal groups.

2. Initial Household Registration.
3. Registrations of Movement: Moving-out Registration, Moving-in Registration, and Address Alter-
ation Registration.
4. Household Separation/Combination Registration.

5. Birth Place Registration.
6. Registration according to other laws.
