2. Conscription Health Examination
Conscripts are required to take a health examination at a scheduled time and designated hospital

upon receiving the conscription health examination notification. To protect their rights, conscripts
should actively notify the physician of their medical history. After a complete health examination,
conscripts’ physical condition shall be determined based on their health examination.

3. Drawing Lots
According to the recruitment and supplementary plans of the ROC Armed Forces, those with physical

conditions suitable for Standing Soldier Service are conscripted from different echelons based on the draft-
