For the purpose of enhancing international police collaborations on combating transnational
telecommunications fraud, as well as showing Taiwan’s determination and strength to eliminate
transnational crimes, on September 7, 2022, the NPA hosted the “2022 International Forum on Police
Cooperation: Combating Transnational Telecommunications Fraud in the Post-Pandemic Era (hybrid
conference).” There were 2,525 attendees, including law-enforcement officers from Taiwan and other
42 countries.
